26 Ways To Raise Your Vibration

Raising your vibration is as simple as saying A, B, C! In other words, just as easily as you can say the alphabet out loud or quietly in your mind anywhere and at any time, the act of raising your vibration is just a thought away. Most of the time, we are already raising our vibrations and are unaware of the progress we have made.

Vibration is happening all around us. People, places, and things vibrate at different rates. Think about it for a moment. How do you feel when you walk into a church, a school, or your home? You will have three different types of feelings. This is because you have tuned into the vibration of the area in which you are in at the time.

This blog post is in response to a question I posted on my Facebook page,  in which I asked my tribe what topic they would like for me to discuss in an upcoming blog post. One comment stated how to raise your vibration. I thought it would be a great idea to apply it to the alphabet as raising our vibrations means to go back to the basics!
                                         The 26 Ways

A
A is for Angels! Communicate with your angels daily to receive their assistance. There are legions of angels to help you with anything from finding a parking space to finding that someone special! You can communicate with your angels via meditating and asking for guidance.

B
B is for Be your authentic self! Being a spiritual person does not mean that you have to stop being you and be something you think you need to be. Be authentic by expressing what is and is not important to you. Express who you love and how you love yourself! Ask your angels how you can work towards be-ing you!

C
C is for Chakras! The energy centers of your body aka your chakras will notify you if you're off balance. For example, having bronchitis is a message from your throat chakra. Your throat chakra is letting you know that an issue may be that you're not being heard or feel restrained in expressing your creativity and yourself. Listen to my archived radio show about chakras and raising your vibration by clicking here.

D
D is for Dancing! One song comes to mind when I think of dancing (View YouTube video below!). Dancing allows you to free your mind and welcomes your divine energies to flow through you and into your environment! You're releasing great divine energy, which will result in you attracting great energy!

E
E is for Escape! Everyone needs a break. It's just healthy to go on vacation because it promotes a time for rejuvenation. No one wins when we become burnt out. So, escape from 'life' by going on a vacation. Getting lost reading a book is a mental vacation! What's your ideal vacation?!

F
F is for Friends and Family! Friends and family aka support system aka your biggest fans aka (Fill in the blank!)! Spending time with the people who matter in your life will help you to put things into perspective. A reason for this is because your friends and family are more likely to tell you what you need to hear and not what you want to hear.

G
G is for Gods and Goddesses! Thor, Odin, Cernunnos, Freyja, Athena, Isis. The Gods and Goddesses are willing to help you regarding your life's mission, spiritual purpose, etc! You have more in common with the Gods and Goddesses than you realize. Did you know Friday is derived from Goddess Freyja, Thursday is derived from Thor (Thor's day), and Wednesday after Odin?

H
H is for Harmonizing! Do you sing to your favorite song or while you're in the shower? You're harmonizing with your surroundings; you're being in sync! Are you in sync with the cycles of the moon and the Earth? Are you in sync with night and day? Make time to ascertain how the full moon and the change of the seasons affect you. Are you a night time or day time person? Knowing the answers to the questions above will help to explain why you behave a certain way during different times of the day and year!

I
I is for Imagination! As a child, I remember using my imagination to pretend that I was a C.E.O. of a company for the advancement of women! I also imagined that I owned a mall, was a talk show host, and a clothing designer! Well, I'm a C.E.O. and founder of a company in which I promote the inner and outer spiritual advancement of people. Imagination sets ideas in motion! For example, you're reading this blog on a electronic device, such as your computer, tablet, phone, etc., all of which were once part of someone's imagination! What will you imagine?!

J
J is for Jokes! Make time to laugh at something! It releases pent up energy! What was the cop doing in bed? He was undercover! Did you laugh? No? Okay. Sorry. :-) Next...

K
K is Kindness! Showing empathy is a great way to be kind. You never know what someone is going through even when they are wearing that perfect million dollar smile. Be kind to one another for one day you may be in need of empathy!

Carry out random acts of kindness, with no expectation of reward,

safe in the knowledge that one day someone might do the same for you.

-Princess Diana

L
L is for Love! Spread the love, peeps! Go tell someone you love 'em. Go look at yourself in the mirror and say, "I love you, you friggin' awesome person!" There's one song that makes me think about love! See YouTube video below!

                                                    Michael Jackson In The Closet

M
M is for Movies! What are your top ten favorite movies of all time? Movies, like books and your imagination, have the ability to make you feel as if you are part of that environment. Movies provoke emotions and thoughts! You gain an experience from seeing a movie! You may learn something that you can apply to your life!

N
N is for Nature! Do you believe in nature angels, such as fairies?! Connect with them at rivers, forests, etc. Even if you don't connect with the fairies, there is still something magical about being out in nature and having the ability to take a deep breath by the river. It's an uplifting experience.

O
O is for Outdoors! Bike riding, walking, and jogging are great things to do outdoors because you're exercising! Exercising has many health benefits. What are some things you like to do outside?!

P
P is for Prompt & Circumstance! Give yourself praise! I remember feeling as if I was going to melt during my undergrad graduation when I heard the words, by the power invested in me... It felt like such a grand reward for such a great accomplishment! I was so proud of myself! How will you give yourself praise?!

Q
Q is for Question Life! Have you ever heard of the phrase, "If  you ain't cheatin' you ain't tryin?" While that's not the best of words to live by, it makes me think of the people who push the envelope, the 'crazy' people who question life and dare to step outside the boundaries. Being a healthy skeptic in life keeps blind faith at bay and promotes people to discover their truths. What or who will you question today?

What a strange world we live in...Said Alice to the Queen of hearts.
                   -Lewis Carroll, Alice in Wonderland

R
R is for Research! The more  you expand your knowledge about the spiritual world, the more you will feel comfortable with your spirituality because you have a proficient understanding of its modalities. Knowledge is power. What are your favorite spiritual books to read?

S
S is for Solitude! Every now and then, we need time to reflect and emerge as a new person. A portion of the reflecting and emerging that takes place is done in solitude because this is a very sacred time in which we connect with Spirit to ascertain the answers to our most deepest questions.

T
T is for Talk it out! In my book, To Be Goddess Every Woman Is A Goddess Discover Your Domain In Which You Reign Supreme, I discuss the benefits of venting about a situation first and then letting it go. Talking about a situation promotes the healing, solving, and releasing of that situation.

U
U is for Unlock! Unlock your hidden abilities by stepping out of your comfort zone and trying something new!

V
V is for Value! What is valuable in your life? Who is valuable in your life? Create a gratitude list! Tell people that you're grateful for having them in your life and that you value them!

W
W is for Wardrobe! Are your clothes a good representation of you? Are you wearing out-of-date clothing? Are you wearing clothes that make you look much older or too young? Donate clothes that are not a positive reflection of who you are now.

X
X is for X-Ray! Having the abilities of clairsentient, clairvoyant, claircognizant, and clairaudient aka the four clairs is like having x-ray vision because you have the senses that go beyond the five senses. For more information, listen to my podcast about the four clairs here.

Y
Y is for Yin and Yang! Balancing your male (Yang) and female (Yin) energies is a key factor to having a healthy life and raising your vibration. The female energy receives and the male energy gives. What can you receive today and what can you give today?

Z
Z is for Zen! A daily spiritual practice is a great way to have the best relationship with your higher self as well as with divine beings who want to help you live your best life. Do you meditate daily? Do you have a holistic daily drink? Do you have a mantra?

Om Mani Padme Hum, a Kuan Yin Mantra

  8. Thank you Tia for this easy to remember reminder. I'd like to add one more thing to your list, that has served me enormously when it comes to raising the vibrations -- food. Raw fruits, vegetables, nuts and all that yummy stuff.
